Attention Alumni -

 

**JUST CONFIRMED:  THE ALUMNI GAME THIS YEAR WILL BE PLAYED IN HONOR OF CLIFF MADDEN.  Cliff was a graduate of Conestoga and a starter on Conestoga’s 2018 Central League champion team.  Please stop by our tent at Marple to learn more about a new memorial foundation in honor of Cliff.

We are excited to announce a completely new format this year for the alumni game - we are playing Radnor's alumni.  Conestoga has been asked to join this epic event this year.

Since the HEADstrong Foundation is sponsoring/organizing the event, we have been asked to help raise money to help support a local TE family (see item #3, below).

Date: Friday, November 25, 2022

Location: Primo Hoagies Stadium at Marple Newtown High School

Game Times: 11:00AM - Strath Haven vs. Penncrest 

                       1:00PM - Marple Newtown vs. Lower Merion 

                       3:00PM - Conestoga vs. Radnor 

Instructions to register:

1) SHARE the following link with your alumni network as soon as possible.

2) Once you've connected to the event landing page, you will notice that each team has a program specific button that will directly connect them to their teams fundraising page.

 

3) Click your respected team and you'll be connected to your team fundraising page.  On the page, you will notice that directly under your team/school logo, you will find a JOIN TEAM button.  This is where your players will register to be part of the event.  At the time of registration we will obtain all necessary information including a participation waiver.  Upon successful registration, players will be issued an individual fundraising page that will be linked to the team effort (share this with your friends and family).

 

4) At the time of registration, players will be billed $25, which will be directly used for their custom jersey for your game.  This fee will not be applied to their individual fundraising page, as it is a specific cost associated with goods that will be received

 

5) Our jersey supplier is currently working on mockups which will be shared with you as soon as we receive them.  Given our jersey production timeline, which is currently 4-5 weeks, players MUST be registered no later than Friday, October 21st, 2022 to be guaranteed a jersey and roster slot.
